Future-proof leadership in the age of AI
As AI accelerates, people have to get stronger. I help leaders and organisations understand the shift, use AI well, and turn insight into new ways of working.
Not more information. Better implementation.
Most organisations are not short of information about AI. They get stuck in the gap between understanding it and actually doing something with it. That gap is where my work begins – where technical leverage meets human capability.
AI and self-leadership are not two subjects. They are one question seen from two sides: once the machine takes over what can be automated, judgement, attention and nerve are what is left to compete on.

Some of the themes I speak on
Future-Proof Yourself
The signature talk. How to lead yourself and others when technology, working life and society change faster than habit can keep up with. Mental training and tools that still work on the Monday after.
People and generative AI
A practical keynote on using AI well: where it sharpens judgement and learning, where it quietly erodes them, and how to build ways of working that make a team sharper rather than more dependent.
Leading across cultures
For organisations that work across borders. What actually differs, what only appears to, and how to lead a team where none of the assumptions are shared.
Format, length and language are adapted to the occasion. Quote on request.

What your audience takes away
- New perspectives on AI, leadership and change
- Concrete tools they can put to use straight away
- More willingness, and more ability, to act
- A shared language for combining human strength with technical leverage
- A session with enough energy to hold attention all the way through
Books

Strategies for Thriving in a Rapidly Changing World. Published in 2023, 112 pages. Written with ChatGPT credited as co-author – a deliberate choice, made in spring 2023 when that was still unusual.
The Smartphone Coaching System
How to radically improve your life with the help of your phone! Published in 2012, with a foreword by Lars-Eric Unestål. Kindle edition.
A short introduction

I have lived in seven countries, including thirteen years in Dubai, and interacted with people from an estimated 150-plus nationalities. It shaped how I see leadership: what feels self-evident is usually just what happens to be common where you are standing.
The work sits in three parts. Here, as a speaker and author. Through Chikara Consulting, where the change is implemented. And through Strategic Tech Coaching, where the method is made repeatable.

Tell me briefly about the occasion – the date, the audience, and what you want it to lead to – and I will come back with a proposal and a quote.
