Data controller

Tingwing Aktiebolag, company reg. no. 556030-2100, Turebergsvägen 1, 187 32 Täby, Sweden, trades under the registered business name Chikara Consulting and is the data controller for personal data processed on this website. Where this policy says “we” or “us”, it means Tingwing Aktiebolag.

What we collect

When you send a booking enquiry through the form on this website, we collect:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Organisation (optional)
  • The message you write
  • Your choices in the consent checkboxes

We collect nothing about you when you simply read the pages. This website uses no analytics tool and no tracking scripts. Fonts are served from our own server rather than from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is not passed on in order to display the page.

Why we process it

  • To answer your enquiry – so we can come back with a proposal and a quote. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • To carry out an engagement – if a booking goes ahead, to perform the contract between us. Legal basis: contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Other communications – only if you ticked that box. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

We make no automated decisions with legal effects for you, and we do not profile you.

How long we keep it

Data from the booking form is kept in our CRM system for up to 24 months from your most recent contact with us, unless we have an ongoing business relationship. If an engagement goes ahead, the data is kept for the duration of the engagement and for seven years afterwards, as required by the Swedish Accounting Act.

Who we share it with

HubSpot, Inc. – provides the booking form and our CRM system, and processes the data on our behalf. Data is stored within the EU/EEA (region EU1). HubSpot is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Websupport – hosting provider for this website.

We never sell your personal data.

Cookies

  • Necessary cookies. WordPress and the language function set a cookie (pll_language) that remembers which language you chose.
  • The booking form. The form is loaded from HubSpot, and HubSpot may set cookies in connection with your use of it. We do not use HubSpot’s analytics or tracking script on this website.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser at any time.

Pages not yet rebuilt

This website is being rebuilt. Some older pages still contain embedded video from YouTube. When you open such a page, YouTube may set cookies and process data under its own policy. Those embeds are removed as the pages are rebuilt.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to the data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure, to request restriction of processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to request data portability.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, imy.se.
