Generative AI is already changing how organisations communicate, lead, sell and decide. The hard part is rarely the technology. The hard part is deciding what a model should do, what a person should do, and how you tell the difference.
The keynote covers what the tools are genuinely good at and where they still fail, using examples the audience recognises from their own week. They leave with a simple way to judge when an AI answer is good enough and when it needs to be tested.
The point is not to automate judgement away. It is to spend time where people make the biggest difference, and to do it deliberately, so the organisation builds capability rather than dependence.
